Dongguan HITAKE Hardware Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) was established in 2015 with a registered capital of 1 million RMB. It is a new production and trading enterprise established by Rizhu Precision (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in Dongguan due to its expansion in scale and strategic needs, following the establishment of Shenzhen Rizhu Precision Hardware Products Co., Ltd.
The company integrates research and development, production, and sales, covering an area of 2000 square meters. It has more than 100 equipment from Japan, Taiwan, and China, and more than 100 employees.
The products are produced using Japanese and Taiwanese molds and high-quality imported raw materials, optically selected, and meet the EU ROHS and EN-171-3 environmental standards. The monthly production capacity is 400 million pieces, mainly including M0.8~M10 precision screws, nuts, and washers produced according to GB, JIS, JICS, DIN, and ANSI standards. Non standard parts are customized, and we can provide customers with a "one-on-one" overall fastener solution.
The products are divided into four major series: mobile phones/smartwatches, computers/communication, instruments/electromechanical hardware, glasses and watches/toy series.
HITAKE implements an active global market strategy, using "manufacturing" and "trade" as the two driving forces for the company's progress. The sales market is divided into domestic and international segments, integrating the two major sales channels of "online" and "offline". Currently, the focus of the domestic market is in South and East China, while the focus of the international market is in Japan and Southeast Asia, as well as the United States and parts of Europe.
